The pictures of the palace in the island's Zanjani.
Babak
Zanjani’s palace is in the Kish Island. It is also said that Old Tehran
complex on the island is also under construction belonged to Babak
Zanjani. Here we have another strange place. A strange family from
British Columbia in Canada live on a floating house on water. Their
lifestyle is completely away from any kind of civilization. They’ve
named their floating house as “Freedom Gulf”. Wayne Adams and Catherine
King have lived on this floating house since 1992.
This
house has made of twelve boats, which they link together by some wooden
lanes. The main spot of their house which its facade color is turquoise
and red, is near the Toffino coasts. In the winter, they use snow and
rain water for drinking and in the summer.
They
use water from a waterfall which is located nearby. This canadian
couple live with their two children. The interesting part of this
lifestyle is that they’re totaly independent and they prepare their
necessity by themselves.
They’ve
made some greenhouses in their house to eliminate their necessity of
fruits and vegetables. They plant some kind of fruits and vegetables
there and enjoy the fresh and organic product. They use solar system for
electricity of their house. This house has a lighthouse and plenty of
flowerpots that grant massive amount of beauty to their house; it means
the owners of this floating house are real artists.
This
artist couple keep some hens and roosters there, but for protecting
them from wild animals, they made a little beautiful cote for them.
They’ve lived there for twenty years and over these years, they’ve made
some changes in their house. The biggest problem for them is special
kind of rat that chew the foundation of the house.
But
this problem couldn’t avoid them from achieving their dreams. This
house is full of Win’s handicrafts. This artifice has financial
advantage for them. They sell beautiful and colorful candles and other
handicrafts in Toffino. This couple is very welcoming! They love
tourists and let them visit their house. Specially those who want to be
independent.
